We will start with the film Slow Dopamine, made by photographer Jonne Lucia. In this film, Jonne shares how she found moments of slowing down in the busy life of Amsterdam. With her analogue camera, she captured the small, precious things that are often overlooked. Her story prompts reflection on how you yourself can slow down and live more consciously.
After the film, we will discuss what slow dopamine is and how you can find a balance between fast and slow dopamine in your own life. Next, you’ll dive into creative activities such as painting, writing, or crafting with water colours, all accompanied by soothing piano music. It’s all about doing and experiencing—not perfection.
The Slow Dopamine Café offers a space to relax, unleash your creativity, and connect with others, free from the distractions of your phone. We’ll provide healthy snacks, tea, and lemonade. This workshop is part of the Well-being Week 2025.
